Payment Information
Our store uses the shopping cart feature provided by PayPal, you can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express even if you are not a Paypal member. BUT follow the instructions carefully. All transactions are processed through a secure server. If you don't want to use Paypal but would still like to use your credit card then call us at 303-912-9155 and we can accept your credit card information over the phone. Once all information is verified and the card goes through, we will ship your order.
Payment by check
We can also accept orders with payment by check or money order. When you go through the checkout make sure that you click on 'Check' for payment type. If you pay by check, the order will not be shipped until we receive the check and it clears the bank, usually 7 to 10 days after the check is received.

Shipping Information
On regular orders we usually ship by USPS Priority Mail usually within 24 hours (2 To 3 days delivery), If the items are items ordered are very small and under 14 ounces in weight (and you selected First class shipping at checkout) we will ship by First Class mail. (1 to 2 days delivery)
If we have an inventory shortfall or are not able to ship, we will contact you and determine how to proceed.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for any unused items. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us immediately and arrange for returning the product(s). YOU will have to pay return shipping.

Canadian orders will usually be shipping by Airmail Parcel Post service (4-10 business days, subject to potential custom delays). Contact us to first to see what extra costs might be involved.
Overseas Orders
We don't like to ship overseas because of the expense and customs delays involved. Please contact us by email first to see what the estimated cost of extra shipping will be. Often it approaches the cost of the item.
